Gina G. MacDonald of Canyon Country is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Kristie MacDonald to Bryce Nolan Fortner of Playa del Rey, California. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dorothy Gillespie of Burbank, California. She is a 1995 graduate of Canyon High School and earned a Bachelor’s Degree, Magna Cum Laude in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. She is employed as the Executive Director of Marketing for Ripe Digital Entertainment.

 

The groom-elect is the son of Del and Peggy Fortner of Reno, Nevada and the grandson of Ernest and June Fortner of Wadsworth, Ohio.

He is a 2003 graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree, Cum Laude in Screen Writing. He is employed as a Cinematographer and Still Photographer, shooting commercials, music videos and films.

The couple became engaged on June l0th during a romantic dinner.  They plan a May 12 wedding on the beautiful beaches of Hanalei Bay in Kauai. They will make their home in Playa del Rey, California. They are expecting their 2nd son in March.


Marty Rouse and Dayne Centers were married on November 25, 2006. They shared their special day with about 80 of their family and friends. The Maid of honor was Colleen Sindle of Valencia and the brides maid was Chelsea Augustine of Sierra Vista, Arizona.

 

 

The Best man was Evan Aldrich of Simi Valley and the groomsman was Randy Mushinski of Canyon Country. They were married at United Methodist Church on Bouquet Canyon, performed by Rev. Aiden Cumerford, with a reception to follow at a nearby Valencia clubhouse.

 

The Brides Mother traveled from Arizona and the Grooms Mother traveled from Kentucky. Both Marty and Dayne  are from Saugus and now live in Canyon Country with thier 3-year-old son Andrew. The new couple is expecting their 2nd son in March.
