Cancel Out Your Doubt

 Easier said than done for sure.  How can we change that doubting mind?  That place inside all of us that starts to question, take apart, and just sends us reeling!  How can we just let go, when all the evidence around us makes us feel uneasy and full of doubt?  Once an ounce of that energy starts to creep in, all rational of faith seems to fall away.  Stopping the monkey mind from getting out of control, is a work in progress.  First and foremost being gentle with oneself is of great importance.  Next line of defense is quieting the mind.  Ahh, I know if only it were that easy right?  Well making this a priority is the key.  You don’t even need to know how yet, just recognize that is where you want to center your intention.  The quiet mind is where I find my sanctuary, my comfort for my soul shall we say. I get my center back.  I can actually feel myself getting strong again.  I gain momentum and I am able to squash that chatter that does not serve my life.  Take a moment to just breathe.  Look at the sky, feel the wind caress your cheek.  Watch a bird in flight.  You will feel your body soften, your thoughts will soften, and the biggest assistance you can do for yourself is stop judging your thoughts. There is no time but the present so practice these small moments here and there and you will feel the benefits.
