Newhall Refinery is the first restaurant to bring a chef’s tasting menu to Santa Clarita Valley. A tasting menu is a collection of small portions of several dishes served by a restaurant as a single meal. How does our chef’s tasting menu work?
Using progressive gastronomy and local seasonal ingredients, a trio of small tastes, is served in rhythm, and are thoughtfully paired with either craft beer or proper wines to accentuate the course. The order and their precise composition are all predetermined by Executive Chef Dustin Boole and his team. For the guest who appreciates fine food the tasting menu at Newhall Refinery can only be described as the summit of his cuisine.
