WiSH Education Foundation 8th Annual SCV Burrito Bowl
WiSH Education Foundation is proud to partner with the SCV Burrito Bowl Committee to continue to bring the high school community together each year for this fun-filled fundraising event. Please join us on August 22, at 7:30 at Westfields Valencia Town Center. Over the past several years, the SCV Burrito Bowl has raised thousands of dollars through local business sponsorships for the Football, Cheer, Dance and Band programs throughout the William S. Hart School district. We couldn’t do it without the help of our business community.
To kick off the new football season, each football team races to see who can eat a 4-foot long burrito in the quickest amount of time. By participating, each Football and Cheer receives monetary donations with additional funds going to the champion teams. Additionally, a fundraising raffle is held for $1,000 shopping spree along with many other great prizes. The tickets are donated to each of the football, cheer, band and dance teams who then sell and raise money for their booster. 100 percent of the ticket proceeds go directly to the boosters.
We would like to thank all of our sponsors including our Raffle Ticket Sponsor – Bowl of Heaven, Burrito Sponsor – La Cocina Bar & Grill, and our Water Sponsor – All Valley Leasing. Special thanks to our Media Sponsor, The Magazine of Santa Clarita for their ongoing support to our community.
