How does our chef’s tasting menu work?
Using progressive gastronomy and local seasonal ingredients, a trio of small tastes, is served in rhythm, and are thoughtfully paired with either craft beer or proper wines to accentuate the course. The order and their precise composition are all predetermined by Executive Chef Dustin Boole and his team.
