Back at it Again with Sundown Sundays!
Sundown Sundays are back at Salt Creek beginning April 8th. Join the Creek on the patios for some much-needed relaxation while enjoying some delicious appetizers and drink specials. As an added bonus we will have some of the best live music from 4p.m. to 7 p.m. This month’s line up is: April 8- The G3 band, April 15- Dole Humphries, April 22- Traxx, April 29 – Splash Mob.
The Sundown Sunday is back by popular demand and the menu is looking no less then amazing! Enjoy one of the cocktails on the special menu. The Blackberry Smash is a crowd favorite with premium bourbon with muddled blackberries lemon and simple syrup. Another tantalizing refreshment is the Strawberry Panther. This cocktail is made with Three Olives Cucumber Lime Vodka and infused with strawberry and lemonade. If you prefer to take a walk on the wild side try the Volver a cocktail made with tequila, orgeat syrup, lime and served with cranberry and pineapple. Each week the bartenders are featuring a select cocktail. After a cocktail or two get ready for your taste buds to have surprise with one of our delectable bites.
The Sundown Sundays special menu has a variety of delicious choices for everyone to enjoy. An all-time favorite, Creek Sliders, are a must try! These bite-size mini burgers are made with blue cheese aioli and topped with wild baby arugula. If you are in the mood for something lighter, then try the Chicken Salad Lettuce Cups. This chicken dish is made with pecans, green apple, dried cranberries, and shallots tossed with Greek yogurt and apple cider vinegar served in lettuce cups. Or try a dish that is anything but light, the Blackened Chicken Nachos is made with tortilla chips topped with blackened chicken, cheddar cheese, pinto beans, jalapeno peppers, Pico de Gallo and sour cream.
