Red Carpet Runway Fashion Show November 18
Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley (SIGSCV) announced their 8th annual fashion show and boutique will be held Sunday, November 18th, 2018 at the Valencia Hyatt. This year’s theme is “Red Carpet Runway”, featuring a spectacular fashion show in addition to a boutique showcasing local Westfield brands, specialty retailers, and boutiques to fill your holiday gift-giving needs.
Tickets to the event are $85 and can be purchased at www.sigscv.org. Sponsorship opportunities are also still available.
An exciting element has been added to this year’s event… A Red Carpet Runway Makeover! Purchase your chance to win a $1,500 hair, skin and nails makeover provided by Josh Rivas, owner of Tribute Beauty Lounge, along with a $500 gift card from tulle + dye to be used on a beautiful finale dress. The Red Carpet Runway Makeover winner will enjoy a full red carpet experience, from facials, hair color and hair extensions; to eyebrow tinting, eye lash extensions and red carpet fingers and toes! Raffle tickets are $20 each and will be available through September 7th. Raffle tickets can also be purchased online at www.sigscv.org

Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley provides disadvantaged women and girls access to education, as this is the most effective path to self-determination. Over the past three years, SIGSCV has distributed over $100,000.00 to our local community based upon our three pillars: Women in Crisis, Women’s Health Issues, and Celebrating Women.

Its newest program, Dream It, Be It, targets girls in secondary school who face obstacles to their future success. Soroptimist also powers www.LiveYourDream.org, its online community that provides on and offline opportunities for volunteer action benefiting women and girls.
