Fall is the Magic Hour Salt Creek Grille
Author Victoria Erickson once said, “If a year was tucked inside of a clock, then Autumn would be the magic hour”. Salt Creek Grille Valencia, is bringing in the magic with a lot of new updates.
For starters, Salt Creek has added three new seasonal cocktails to their menu: The Fall Dropper, Fall Old Fashioned, and the Banana Bread Martini. The Fall Dropper is made with Buffalo Trace Whiskey, Green Chartreuse, that is muddled with jalapeño, lime and agave. The Fall Old Fashioned is a dynamic duo of Hennessy Cognac and Buffalo Trace Whiskey that is made with bitters and simple syrup. Lastly, the Banana Bread Martini is made with vanilla Vodka, cream, butterscotch Schnapps, banana liquor and a dash of nutmeg. All these cocktails are wonderfully crafted and ready to enjoy this October.
The event to attend this month is the upcoming Beer Dinner on Thursday, October 11. As a collaboration with local brewers Salt Creek Grille Valencia will be serving a scrumptious five courses that are sure to satisfy beer and food lovers alike. Further details are to be determined.
