Seasonal Dining At Olive Terrace
The Santa Clarita Valley welcomes the “collapse of summer into fall” with open arms. And with this new season (well… season-ish because it’s always summer in California, it seems), Olive Terrace is working on the new and improved Fall and Winter, Seasonal Menu which is available this October.
As the work days seem to be longer and you need some adult refreshments, stop by Olive Terrace for one of the Specialty cocktails. Happy hour is from 3p.m. to 7p.m. every day and includes deals on well drinks, house wines, and select premium cocktails. Also, they offer complimentary hors d’oeuvres that are different every day.
Their unique spin on “pre-prohibition” mixed drinks have made this restaurant known for having some of the best cocktails in the Santa Clarita Valley. An all-time favorite, the Old Fashioned, is made with a special blend of buffalo trace bourbon, orange bitters and luxardo cherry making this cocktail so delicious, it’s almost sinful.
If you prefer a lighter taste, choose from the large variety of beer. And for the wine lovers, Olive Terrace has a substantial wine list that is sure to please even the most refined palate.
Starting on Thursday and continuing until Sunday night, Olive Terrace offers live entertainment from 6:30 p.m. on Thursday and Sunday and 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday until closing. Olive Terrace is the place for all your dining and entertaining needs.
For a superior dining experience stop by Olive Terrace, located at 28261 Newhall Ranch Road in Valencia or call in for reservation at 661-257-7860.
