Soroptimist International of Valencia Presents Boots and Barrels
Join us for a wine and beer tasting extravaganza at Wolf Creek Brewery on Sunday, November 4 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. It is sure to be a boot-kickin’, heel-tappin’, rootin’ tootin’ good time! Your ticket includes admission to the event, along with six wine or beer tastings and your very own tasting glass. There will be music, line dancing, cornhole and jam-packed raffles! Food trucks will be onsite if you’d like to buy some grub. Fun for the whole family, tickets are $40 each and kids get in free. Most importantly, your donation goes towards programs that support local women and girls.
What kind of support you ask? Live Your Dream is a cash award program that gives women the resources they need to improve their education, or job skills, therefore improving their employment prospects. While our Dream It, Be It program empowers young women to become strong, successful adults through mentoring and career support. By empowering women and girls through access to education and skills training, the lives of individuals, families, and whole communities can be improved. Hope to see y’all there!
