Ring in the New Years with Olive Terrace Bar and Grill
The Olive Terrace team has created a New Year’s Eve menu with some crowd pleasers from the original menu and added some new specialties for all to enjoy.
On Monday December 31, from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Champagne and party favors will be handed out at midnight. They will also have live music by Nancy Dee from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and David Lemasters from 8 p.m. to midnight. There will be two seatings, one at 4 p.m. and one at 8 p.m.
Stop in and try the Prime Rib. This dish is served piping hot with grilled vegetables and baked fingerling rosemary potatoes. If you are in the mood for a surf and turf selection, the filet mignon is being served with your choice of Australian lobster tail or king crab legs. This is served with roasted garlic vegetables, béarnaise sauce and baked rosemary fingerling potatoes. You could also try the delicious grilled pork chop. The pork chop is thyme marinated and baked with cinnamon apple rose served with baked sweet potato, roasted vegetables and apple sauce. Is your mouth watering yet? The other option is to try the duck confit, a free-range dish that is spiced with sour cherry sauce infused with thyme, garlic, mustard seeds, rosemary and sautéed in extra virgin olive oil.
