Two Family Adventures Coming to the PAC
A “Moana” Movie Sing-Along is coming to the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center (PAC) at College of the Canyons. Later in the month, wildlife expert Peter Gros will be taking the stage to share stories of his adventures and introduce audiences to some animal friends.
At the “Moana” Movie Sing-Along, fans can belt it out to one of today’s favorite family movies and accompany Auli’i Cravalho, voice of Moana, and Dwayne Johnson, voice of Maui, along with many more. Lyrics will be displayed on screen during the film so everyone can sing along to songwriter Lin-Manuel Miranda’s music.
Families will not want to miss this special Disney movie sing-along event. The Moana and Maui characters will be available before each screening for a meet-and-greet opportunity.
The Moana Movie Sing-Along screenings will be held at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9. Tickets are priced from $15 to $25.
Well-known for his appearances on “Live! With Regis & Kelly,” “The Today Show,” “The Tonight Show,” and Animal Planet, Peter Gros’ passion for preserving the natural world is contagious.
“I take great pride in our long-standing commitment to conservation that dates back more than fifty years,” Gros has said. “[I] am proud helping raise awareness about environmental issues through my appearances around the world on behalf of Mutual of Omaha.”
Audiences of all ages will enjoy learning about and meeting wildlife, experiencing Gros’ adventures through photos and bloopers, and learning how they can make a positive impact on nature.
Catch Peter Gros at the PAC at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday, February 23. Tickets are priced from $25 to $35.
