This March-April, we invite you to time travel back to 1970s Philadelphia where disco is alive and well in the feel-good musical comedy, Sister Act playing at The Canyon Theatre Guild in Old Town Newhall. What happens when a talented disco diva, Delores Van Cartier witnesses a murder and she finds herself in the witness protection program stuck in a convent full of tone-deaf nuns? Hilarity ensues! Along her journey, she helps her fellow sisters discover their voices as she reclaims her own. Based off of the 1992 movie with the same name with phenomenal music written by Alan Menken and lyrics by Glenn Slater, Sister Act is guaranteed to leave audiences dancing and singing along in their seats. Sister Act plays from March 23 to April 27! Tickets are $21 for Adults and $19 for Juniors (Under 18) and Seniors (Over 62) in rows 1-10 and $19 for Adults and $17 for Juniors and Seniors in rows 11-back.
