The 10th Annual KHTS Home & Garden Show
It’s that time again, and it is happening on Saturday, April 28 and Sunday, April 29 in Central Park. Over 20,000 Santa Clarita Homeowners are expected to attend. Admission is free.
“It’s four mega shows in one,” shared KHTS owner, Carl Goldman. “Our Home & Garden Show, Earth Day/Arbor Day, Emergency Expo and an Arts & Crafts show.”
This year’s weekend event has added an RV show, featuring the newest RV’s, Campers and Trailers from Camping World. On Sunday, the Santa Clarita Corvette Club will be hosting a classic car show.
“We have an extensive kid’s area with pig races, pony rides and petting zoo, courtesy of Gilchrist Farm,” shared Goldman.
One dozen award winning Food Trucks are returning to the event.
Take home a kitten or puppy and rescue a dog or cat. The City of Santa Clarita will be giving out hundreds of free trees, mulch and lady bugs. Green Thumb will be handing out free tomato plants.
The combined shows feature over four hundred booths. Discover the latest in solar energy, pool and backyard design, kitchen remodeling, electronic automation and other home improvements. See the hottest styles including barn doors, cabinets and unique hardscapes.
Sponsors include Southern California Edison, City of Hope, SCV Water Agency, Camping World, Frontier Toyota. The City of Santa Clarita, Providence/Holy Cross, Southern California Gas Company, Our Expos are owned and produced by KHTS 98.1FM and AM-1220 radio.
Show times are, Saturday, April 27th from 10-5pm and Sunday, April 28th 10-4pm. Admission and parking are free. Note the Emergency Expo and Earth Day/Arbor Day are on Saturday ONLY, however many vendors will be displaying and selling their products and services on Sunday.
