Hope’s Haven Cancer Wellness Center – May 2019

While we didn’t coin the phrase, these words are continually conveyed at Circle of Hope. After 15 years of serving the financial, emotional and educational needs of Santa Clarita’s cancer community, we’ve come to understand that practically no message is more welcomed. And we want more opportunities to say it. Hope’s Haven Cancer Wellness Center will give us those chances.
When it opened its doors a year ago this month, Hope’s Haven began offering many forms of assistance not usually available through the common outlets in the Santa Clarita health arena. All free of charge.

May 8 – Oncology Massage 10-1230 p.m.

May 13 – Gentle Yoga 6 p.m.
May 14 – Reiki 4:30-6:30 p.m. by appointment
May 14 – Community Support Group 7 p.m.
May 15 – Journaling Workshop 6 p.m.
May 21 – Reiki 10-1230 p.m. by appointment
May 22 – Oncology Massage 6-8:30 p.m. by apt.
May 23 – Emotional support 5-8:00 p.m. by apt.
May 23 – Restorative Yoga 6:30 p.m.
May 28 – Reiki 10-1230 p.m. by appointment
May 28 – Meditative Art of Jewelry Making 11:30 a.m.
May 28 – Community Support Group 7 p.m.
May 29 – Reiki 9:30-11:30 a.m. by appointment
May 29 – Journaling Workshop 10 a.m.
May 29 – Self-Care through Guided Imagery
Lectures are available to the public. Group classes, monthly workshops and one-on-one sessions (by appointment) are offered to current cancer patients and survivors. Circle of Hope believes that those who are fighting or have fought this battle are deserving of a time and opportunity to rejuvenate. A place to go without fear or cost, where one can regain a sense of wholeness, make new friends, and become part of a community that doesn’t have to be painful.
