As you enter our Haven, you are warmly greeted by nurturing and highly qualified yoga teachers whose intention is to guide students to improve their overall mental and physical health and wellness. Hot Yoga Haven’s driving mission is to teach our students how to connect their Mind, Body and Soul in an encouraging, non-judgmental environment. We honor each student’s yoga journey in a safe community that feels like home and is accessible to everyBODY.
HYH offers heated and non-heated yoga classes 7 days a week, from early morning into the late evening. Our classes that are performed in the heat help students to sweat out toxins from their bodies, increase stamina, strength, flexibility, and relieves pain from many ailments.
Our heated classes include Jval Hot Yoga, Hot Vinyasa Flow/Fusion, and Yoga Sculpt with Weights, and warm Hatha Yoga. Practicing yoga not only aids in improving one’s mobility, flexibility, balance and strength, but improves mental clarity, and concentration. Doctors and Chiropractor’s send their patients to our center to aide in chronic pain, arthritis, back injuries and other ailments.
Some of our non-heated classes include: Kids Yoga, & Yoga Therapy for adults and kids with special needs, Restorative Yoga; which invites relaxation, while performing several postures, using props, and Accessible yoga. Accessible yoga can be performed on the floor, in a chair or against a wall. We also offer weekly meditation classes and monthly meditation workshops. Our classes are accessible to everyone! Make our haven your heaven!
