What was inspired by a local radio station bit, has turned into month after month of highlighting so truly fantastic individuals and groups. Congratulations to SCV resident Susan Hadsell on her win at the Emmy’s for Valerie’s Home Cooking. Susan is a UCSB graduate and freelance line producer by trade. Susan’s smile says it all! Congratulations on your Daytime Emmy!

“Completing a full Ironman is something I never thought I could do,” shared John Lite. Two years ago, friend and fellow businessman Fred Arnold challenged John to complete a full Ironman competition. On May 12, John and Fred completed Ironman Santa Rosa—congratulations gentleman!

Richard Tarlow spent two days at the 24th Annual LA Times Festival of Books interacting with many of the 153,000 attendees as he shared stories of his life and spoke to people about his book, Murder and The Marine. He was also featured on the USC Instagram page.
