“Completing a full Ironman is something I never thought I could do,” shared John Lite. Two years ago, friend and fellow businessman Fred Arnold challenged John to complete a full Ironman competition. On May 12, John and Fred completed Ironman Santa Rosa—congratulations gentleman!

Richard Tarlow spent two days at the 24th Annual LA Times Festival of Books interacting with many of the 153,000 attendees as he shared stories of his life and spoke to people about his book, Murder and The Marine. He was also featured on the USC Instagram page.
