News from Westfield Valencia Town Center!
Visitors to Westfield Valencia Town Center are seeking experiences, connection, and convenience. That’s why Westfield is always reinvesting in the Center in new ways. With the addition of The Patios, they changed the shopping center experience in Santa Clarita. Today, with their $20 million renovation currently elevating, they are improving the existing visitor experience, and with The Patios Connection Project – they are changing the game again.
The Patios Connection Project is a $100 million investment in the future of Westfield Valencia Town Center that will build on the success of The Patios and continue to evolve the center.
To complement its existing Canyon Country location, Costco will open a second store. This uniquely designed Costco will be seamlessly integrated and become a part of Westfield Valencia Town Center to provide guests the opportunity to shop and then meet friends for lunch or catch a movie, all without having to drive anywhere else.
While the center continues to provide ample parking, The Patios Connection Project will focus on convenience and will improve the parking at The Patios today. With the addition of an approximately 300-space parking lot on top of the new Costco, visitors will have new, easy access to The Patios additional specialty brand shops, and a new luxury cinema and health and fitness center. Additionally, by reinvigorating the eastern portion of the property and the currently underutilized parking fields, and creating new access points and sought-after destinations, they are improving the overall flow for the property as a whole.
Westfield Valencia Town Center was originally master planned to be the center of town and they are proud to be a place where the community continues to gather. Whether it’s Fourth of July fireworks, holiday celebrations, or simply a family dinner, Westfield remains committed to area residents and crafting experiences for all members of the community to enjoy.
The Patios Connection Project brings new town center-like uses and entertainment offerings to the community as well as exploring a range of additional community activities to complement their robust engagement today.
Additional community activities could include:
• Live afternoon and evening music
• Additional specialty holiday events
• Focused events for parents and children
• Specialized farmer and holiday markets
• Seasonal celebrations
• Local art and artist events
