Moving Forward in my Yoga Journey… And Become a Yoga Teacher!
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years. It wasn’t until 8 years ago that I found Hot Yoga Haven. I took my first JVAL Hot Yoga class taught by Catherine. That one class was all it took and I was hooked! I fell in love with everything about the yoga center. The safe and loving environment and compassionate teachers, always there to help set and reach your goals.
In 2016 Catherine announced she was offering the 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. I thought to myself, now’s the time! My experience with the teacher training was one of the most rewarding and fulfilling times of my life. It was extremely challenging, but it left me with an enormous sense of accomplishment. Throughout the training not only did I deepen my practice by learning more about the anatomy, philosophy, and history of yoga, but I also learned what I’m truly capable of, my true sense of self. I made life-long friends throughout the process too!
I’m currently teaching at Hot Yoga Haven and Agua Dulce Women’s Club. I’m also a mentor teacher at HYH. Through teaching and mentoring, it is my hope that I can help others by sharing what I’ve learned and continue to learn through my own yoga journey. Hot Yoga Haven’s teacher training made it all possible!
Now’s the time to realize your dreams and participate in Hot Yoga Haven’s upcoming 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training which begins Friday, September 27. If your intention is to become a qualified yoga instructor or to deepen your practice, sign up now and save $500 if you pay by Sept. 5th.
Hot Yoga Haven has two locations in Newhall & Westport Marina in Oxnard. Visit our website at; www.hotyogahaven.com or contact Catherine at firstname.lastname@example.org, 805-495-7644 or 661-255-1500.
