You Can Change Your Body & Life in 40 Days!
The holidays are fast approaching. With holiday gatherings comes extra unwanted weight. You can take a stand and prevent extra poundage by taking the HYH 40 Day Challenge. Did you know you can burn 700 to 900 calories a session in a 90 minute Hot Yoga Class. Not only does Hot Yoga burn a lot of calories, it also has a myriad of other medicinal benefits including reduced joint, back, and shoulder pain, as well as providing pain relief for arthritis and improving the mood and outlook of our Hot Yoga Practioners’.
The challenge is simple. Commit to taking a Yoga class at either of our Hot Yoga Haven locations for 40 Days straight. If you miss one day within a one-week period, you can make it up by doubling up and taking two classes another day during the week you missed. Also commit to clean eating: eat fresh unprocessed foods and avoid refined sugar, and alcohol.
Whomever completes this challenge will be in the running to win by having the most improved BMI (Body Mass Index). The winner will receive a 60-minute blissful massage, amongst other prizes, and improved health. Don’t let the holidays weigh you down. Take control of your life and join us on a path of new health. The cost of the 40 Day Challenge is $129 for New students and non-auto debit members.
The challenge includes weight checks, coaching by email and unlimited yoga for 40 Days. If you are already an HYH member, the coaching and weigh ins are free. If you are ready to change your life, contact the HYH Peachland studio at 25044 Peachland Ave. #106 in Newhall, 661-255-1500; or at our Oxnard location: 4310 Tradewinds Dr., #600. Oxnard.
