Celebrating Janine Fairall
The Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley was formed in 1968 by a group of community leaders who recognized the need for high-quality, affordable programs and facilities for area young people. The Club is a member of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, an organization with more than 4,000 clubs nationwide. Our two local clubs are governed by a board of directors comprised of outstanding leaders in the community. Since 1968, the vision of The Club has been to provide every child with the essential tools needed for a successful and bright future.
Janine Fairall has selflessly dedicated her life to the support and betterment of youth in our community. She has been with the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita since 2006, working her way up in the organization to her current role of Director of Operations. In this role, she has worked to improve the impact of the organization, focusing on staff development, financial sustainability and accountability, improved safety, and transparency and communication. Janine’s tenacity and penchant for organizational leadership and positive change is invaluable to Santa Clarita and its youth.
