Helm Vision Group is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Aleksandr Yelenskiy to our practice! Dr. Yelenskiy is the only fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist in the Santa Clarita Valley! Dr. Yelenskiy recently completed his glaucoma fellowship training at the prestigious UCLA Doheny/Stein Eye Institute. He also specializes in cataract and comprehensive ophthalmology. Dr. Yelenskiy is a top graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and completed his ophthalmology residency at Tulane University in New Orleans. While training at Tulane, he developed a reputation for being a skilled surgeon as well as a cutting-edge researcher. He has published research on the most recent advances in glaucoma and is experienced in performing the latest as well as most advanced glaucoma surgeries. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Glaucoma Society, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. He aims to provide highly personalized quality care utilizing the latest and most effective technological advancements in the medical and surgical care of the patient with eye disease.
