Taste of the Town is on May 3 Santa Clarita’s Premier Food & Wine Fest
Child & Family Center presents Taste of the Town, Santa Clarita’s premier food and wine fest on Sunday, May 3 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Southern California Innovation Park. Guests enjoy delectable samples from over 40 restaurants, caterers, beer and wine purveyors for one all-inclusive price.
The event is an important fundraiser for Child & Family Center, which provides therapy services for 900 children, teens and adults each month who are facing emotional or behavioral issues, substance use and domestic violence.
Back by popular demand is the VIP Experience. The $125 per person ticket gives guests a special one-hour pre-event reception from 12:00 to 1:00 pm prior to the main gate opening with early access to all the exhibitor booths, a reserved seat at an umbrella table, and two bottles of wine on the table. General admission is from 1p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and tickets are $75. The event is adults 21+ only.
Great prizes are in store for attendees! Always a crowd favorite, local jeweler Apo Yessayan of Classic Designs Jewelry travels to Belgium to select a one-carat diamond for Taste of the Town. Guests purchase a glass of champagne and a ticket for a chance to win the coveted prize. Live and Silent Auctions are also on tap, featuring trips, restaurant dinners, golf packages and more. Plus live entertainment by Mark LeVang and friends.
The success of Taste of the Town relies a great deal on the generosity of our sponsors. Longtime sponsor Bank of Santa Clarita will be joined this year by Sand Canyon Country Club as co-presenting sponsors. Media sponsors include Santa Clarita Magazine, KHTS AM1220 and The Signal. Additional sponsorships are available. For a complete list of participating restaurants, sponsorship opportunities or to purchase tickets visit: www.tasteofthetown.com.
