From the Chamber of Commerce
The Coronavirus has created an unimaginable world we now find ourselves living in. We know Santa Clarita Valley residents and businesses are a strong group. In the face of the COVID-19 global pandemic, our community is coming together like never before. We are #SCVPROUD.
We’ve got this!
This is a serious issue. As we pull together as a community we must recognize that we are truly part of a global solution to defeat this virus. We don’t have a choice in the matter, we just need to pull together and do what is right to bring this crisis to an end. We will help determine how quickly we can end it based on how closely we follow directives to stay safe at home to mitigate the virus’ spread.
The sooner we bring this crisis to a conclusion, the sooner we’ll be back to business. We know this is a difficult time for all our businesses in the Santa Clarita Valley, big or small, mom-and-pop or corporate. We are all facing this serious issue together.
It’s vital that we follow the directives of health professionals and our city, county, state and federal leadership. Social distancing and being safe at home needs to be followed by all of us.
During this time, check out one of our webinars or our COVID-19 resources page on our website for the latest information.
We know that Santa Clarita is a social community supporting numerous non-profits and charitable organizations. And while we may be separated at this moment, we are in this together. And soon enough, we’ll be together again helping to support the many great causes in our community.
And we will need to focus on supporting our local businesses recoup from this challenging time as well. We are all going to need to show just how proud we are of our SCV community. We are not only Saugus Strong, but in this moment, we are SCV Proud!
