Be In a Show! Make New Friends! Have Fun!
There is no better way to beat the summer heat! Come join one of our four workshops where young people can expand their imagination, make friends, learn teamwork, put on an amazing show, and most of all have FUN!
Each workshop is a true theatrical experience with singing, dancing, costumes, makeup, props, sets and lights – all on the working main stage of the Canyon Theatre Guild! Professional artists direct students in a safe, supportive atmosphere which nurtures self-confidence, sense of community, and self-expression.
Your littles will sing, dance and hoof around in the adorable performance of “A Barnyard Moosical!”
In this play we meet gormet goats, a chorus line of hoofing cows, neatnik pigs, and funky dancing chickens. This musical playlet is specifically designed for primary-age students and is open to Pre-K through 6 years.
Coldness and Cruelty have settled on the Land! In “Return of the Fairy Tale Advice Council,” it is up to the Fairy Tale Advice Council to teach our favorite folk tale characters a bit of compassion and empathy for their fellow Kingdom dwellers! Ages Reading – 10.
Love Video Games? Then you will LOVE “Press Start!” This brand new musical is filled with heroes, villains, and sidekicks we know and love! When the famous characters run out of lives, they put on a show to play on! Of course, things go awry in this bright, pixelated world of video games. Ages 10 – 13
It’s a Whole New World as our Jack Oakie Stars Program presents “Disney’s Aladdin Jr” this summer! The story you know and love comes to life on our stage! With expanded characters, new songs, and more thrills, this new adaptation of the story will thrill students and audience members alike! Ages 13 – 18.
All of our workshops offer sibling discounts and some scholarships are available through the Boys and Girls Club. Call today! 661-799-2702
