Newhall Refinery Open For Take-out and Delivery
This just in: As of the tail end of April Newhall Refinery decided to re-open and give delivery and take-out a shot. Their first official day was Thursday April 23. The hours are limited, only available Thursday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Local WeGoSCV.com is exclusively doing the deliveries, and the restaurant will be taking calls starting at 4 p.m.
They’ve lowered pricing on the food, wine, cocktails and beer to pass the savings onto guests. The food menu currently consists of their top ten sellers: Refiners Fries, Craft Burger, Drunk Mac ‘N’ Cheese, Beets, Brussel Sprouts, Hot Chicken Sandwich, Flat Bread Margherita, Rueben Pastrami Sandwich, Combo Board, and Blueberry Bread Pudding.
Cocktails, packaged to-go without ice to dilute them, include their popular Old Fashioned, Moscow Mule, Bourbon Bramble, Rye Manhattan and The Piña. There are nearly two dozen beers offered at $4 a pint and nearly just as many bottles of wine for only $20 each.
At press time, they’re still tweaking other dishes to keep it affordable for guests Steak or Salmon Dinner for $20. They are also offer family packages from $40, again affordable pricing to meet current demand.
