The primary purpose of this project is to highlight great works going on in our community during COVID-19. We have shared some great stuff since April 2020 when the Tell Me Something Good project started. JCI Santa Clarita and Santa Clarita Magazine partnered up to run share good news throught our social media and print. These are some of our favorites from the beginning. Happy Anniversary Pam & Steve Ingram for 48 years of marriage on April 22. You are an inspiration to all of us.

Jeannie & Chris Carpenter celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 23. Congratulations you too! What an accomplishment.

This Tell Me Something Good is near and dear to our JCI hearts! On May 9, 2020 our VP of Membership, Joe Bealer asked our Secretary, Kelsey Alter to marry him and she said YES…Congratulations Joe and Kelsey!! We are so happy for you.

A Cleaner Pool, All Auto Care & Detour Plumbing had Little Caesars pizza’s delivered by We Go SCV to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital to feed the entire 350-person day shift at the hospital with a second delivery going to the graveyard shift.

Valencia Residents Troy and Erin Hooper announced that they are having a baby boy. We are so happy for you guys. Thank you for sharing some happy and positive news. We wish all the moms and soon-to-be-moms a Happy Mother’s Day.

Laura Garcia & Krystina Reyes have had over 3,000 masks for our community. Days have passed and they are here sewing away to help as many as they can in need. Please PM one of them for any orders. They are accepting orders of 50+ with a 3-4 day turn around time. Stay Safe, Stay Healthy

Castaic Resident Riley Cline was able to conquer the last thing on her list of things she has always done but with her new robot leg after only 7 months of walking and almost a year after amputation!!! SHE WAKEBOARDED WITH A PROSTHETIC!! And got up the FIRST TRY!! What an amazing feeling it must be for her to be able to do EVERYTHING she was able to do before cancer and amputation! We are so very proud and can’t wait to see her back out there doing it again!! Thank you for sharing this accomplishment with us!!
