Reconnecting Teens With School at Insight
During this period of school closures, Insight Treatment Intensive Outpatient Program has opened its doors in Santa Clarita to provide after-school mental health support for teens in an environment that is also perfect to help teens during the school day who need some help in getting their school work done and completing the school day with support from our academic counselors.
As many of us know, for teens, school already is tough even without remote learning! Getting to classes early in the morning, social issues and conflicts during the day, and finishing assignments that require focus can be even tougher for kids who have a mental health and/or addiction issue who are being asked to work remotely due to COVID-19. Our team works to help relieve the pressure that families feel during this intense period due to COVID with our after-school mental health program along with a strong option for students who need additional support during the day to help them get their work done.
