Short-Term Classes Available for Fall 2020 Semester
While the College of the Canyons Fall 2020 semester is in full swing, a wide range of short-term classes are still available!
The college’s robust class schedule includes classes for students looking to get ahead in their coursework or those interested in learning new skills.
Students can enroll in four and five-week classes such as History of Photography, Wines of California, Dance Appreciation, Pre-Calculus, U.S. History, and Digital Illustration.
These short-term classes are designed so students can take a class per month. This allows students to focus on one class at a time while maintaining momentum toward completing their degree or certificate. No matter your schedule or interest, you can find the right class for you!
In addition, short-term offerings include free courses through the School of Personal and Professional Development in Money Management, English as a Second Language, Word Processing basics, Spanish for Healthcare Workers, and Spreadsheet Basics.
In light of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the majority of these classes will be taught remotely through video conferencing software.
Registration for short-term classes is going on now, but space is limited, so enroll today to ensure you get a seat in the classes you want.
Students who choose to enroll in in this semester’s short-term classes will also have the added benefit of being classified as a “returning student” prior to the upcoming spring session registration period. This means you can register earlier!
