JCI Santa Clarita Hosts Cheese the Day! Charcuteries Training: Harvest Edition

JCI Santa Clarita, a local young professional organization that teaches skills development is partnering with a local charcuteries professional to offer a local Zoom workshop to the Santa Clarita Valley. Back by popular demand, anyone seeking to learn how to safely pre-pare and arrange a charcuterie board is welcome to attend the online training event with a seasonal twist. The training event will be held on Sunday, November 22 at 3:00 p.m. through Zoom.
Join us to explore the art of charcuteries and learn how to present an assortment of food for a fall-themed charcuterie board. In this session, Kelly Axen, JCI Santa Clarita member and owner of Farmstyle Charcuteries will teach attendees on how to create a beautiful cheese board to gobble up this holiday season.
In preparation for the training, participants can use the grocery list of items to purchase needed charcuterie supplies or purchase a training ticket including a supply box for pick-up from Farmstyle Charcuteries. When signing up for the training, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a raffle ticket to be entered into a raffle to win a resin charcuterie board, specially crafted and donated by Farmstyle Charcuteries.
