Le Chène is a quaint restaurant that serves French inspired cuisine and is known throughout the Santa Clarita Valley for having some of the best soups and brunch items. Blue Heaven is a brightly colored drink that packs a punch. It is made with blue curacao, sweetened with pineapple juice and has hints of a nutty amaretto flavor, the base is a light rum.
