Salt Creek’s Bar Manager, Ken Speed, uses his 17 years of experience to create adult refreshments that are not only nice to look at but quite delicious. With the summer season well underway Ken has added seasonal cocktails for customer to enjoy (21+ only) “We like to create cocktails for the season, we listen to what our customers like and have fun with it,” commented Ken. He and the bar staff use fresh ingredients to really give the cocktails added flavor. A must try this season is a classic spin on the margarita. He created the Cucumber Jalapeño Margarita. This drink is made with muddled jalapeno, fresh lime and lemon, Casa Noble silver tequila and Cointreau agave nectar for the sweetener and is served with your choice of tajin or salted rim. “The tajin give it an extra kick that a lot of customers really enjoy,” Ken stated.
