Blue Star Ranch Announces First Annual Cornhole Fundraiser
On October 23, 2021 –11:00 am through 3:00 pm.
This in-person, fundraising event will be held at the Wolf Creek Brewery in Valencia. Blue Star Ranch is a nonprofit organization in our community that provides veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and their families, free sessions and services of Equine Assisted Therapy. The Ranch operates under the direction of Nancy Pitchford-Zhe and the sessions are conducted by Katie Ryan, LMFT and Certified Eagla Therapist. She is joined by Certified Eagla Equine Specialist Jane Del Vecho. All proceeds from this event will support veterans’ sessions and Ranch operations.
The public is invited to attend this event with admission being free. Cornhole teams can register online at: https://app.scoreholio.com/link/8HQM and the entry fee is $60.00. Cash prizes will be awarded for first through third place: first, $300.00, second, $200.00 and third, $100.00. Raffle tickets will be available at the door and throughout the event at $5.00 and $10.00 packages. Attendees will enjoy live Cowboy Country music and tasty treats from a food truck. We are also excited to announce the special appearances of the Rebel Legion and the 501 Legion at our event!
