Commando Military Surplus
Known as “Santa Clarita’s Emergency Preparedness Headquarters”, Commando Military Surplus in Newhall has made it their mission to ensure that everyone’s emergency needs are met well ahead of time. The store features an impressive selection of survival supplies, including first aid items, camping tools, emergency food rations, and more. They also pride themselves on being your one stop shop for military uniforms and equipment, including tactical gear and associated accessories.
Since its inception in 1980, Commando Military Surplus has been proudly veteran owned and operated, and one of their primary goals has been to make a significant difference in the lives of military personnel, law enforcement, and their families. They work directly with the Nine Line Foundation, which works to support U.S. soldiers who have been wounded in combat. The shop keeps its doors open not just to cater to the Santa Clarita community, but to provide support for military and law enforcement personnel everywhere.
With every purchase made in the store, you’re helping veterans and their families and securing crucial emergency supplies and preparedness at the same time. For over 40 years, Commando Military Surplus has made a name for themselves as a store that not only serves the community it’s located in, but the men and women that serve our country, too.
Commando Military Surplus is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and they’re located right on Main Street in Newhall. You can find them on Facebook and visit their website at http://commandomilitarysurplus.net to learn more.
