Five parts in a series of 10 most fortunate events.

Part 1: Understanding what you want creates an accurate sense of expectation and preparation between the homeowner and the contractor, leading to a satisfying pool construction process.
Part 2: Preparation for all aspects of the Excavation process must be properly and sufficiently managed to ensure that you are insulated against undue stress and burdens.
Part 3: The stage of steel installation provides the ribs, frame and strength for the pool, ensuring your pool’s integrity and value that your investment deserves.
Part 4: Gunite placement is a process where tons of concrete is shot to form the shell of your pool, and a time when your pool vision begins to materialize.
Part 5: Delivery of materials ushers in the stage of masonry work.  This is when the coping will go on the pool and spa, walls will go up, concrete poured and all the masonry will be completed during this phase, as well as tile placement on the pool and spa and mastic if it is needed.  Mastic is a rubber type material that is placed between coping and concrete.  SCV Pools has teams of expert masons.  Accurate expectation must be maintained.  When this phase starts on your project, a team of masons is dedicated to accomplish your goals.  Gonsalo Martinez, as SCV Pools’ Superintendent of Projects, directs and supervises the expert masons to implement your contract plan.  Sometimes you, as the Homeowner, may determine that you wish adjustments made to your original plan.  This can be easily accomplished, with the understanding that these changes may require adjustments with electricians and plumbers, as well as the masonry team and other participants involved in building your pool.  SCV Pools is dedicated to make any adjustments with your contract plan, in a well-coordinated manner and to your satisfaction.  Remember that changes in a plan demand an element of time to formalize the change, and may incur cost adjustments depending upon the ramifications of either deletions and/or additions.  Be prepared and enter into this process with communication, patience and accurate information, in continuing to experience a satisfying pool building process.  You are assured the selection of our organization is a wise investment for your pool projects’ needs.
