Members of all ages from the Paseo Club, Santa Clarita’s only fitness, tennis, swim and social club for the entire family, volunteered to be Ball Girls and Boys at last month’s USTA Pro Tennis Men’s $50,000 Challenger of Santa Clarita.
At the training session, participants, as young as nine-years-old, learned how their swift actions played a key role on the court for professional tennis players from around the world. While hundreds of area residents came to watch these players vie to be this year’s champion, this privileged group mingled with the sport’s elite and had the best seats in the house.
