Thursday, May 17th is Bike to Work Day so strap on your tennis shoes, hop on your bike and try the no pollute commute. The City of Santa Clarita is hosting the 4th Annual Bike to Work Day Challenge, a friendly competition among local businesses to see who can get the most employees to bike to work.
There will be three categories of competition: small business (2-10 employees), medium business (11-100 employees) and large business (over 100 employees). The winning teams will be treated to free frozen yogurt from Golden Spoon Valencia. In addition, all participating cyclists, including individuals not on a business team, are eligible to win great prizes, including gym memberships to LA Fitness.
