As you can see in the diagram, which is based on an online survey from restaurateurs, the most important factor is the quality of the food.
Right after that comes cleanliness.
Great chefs and servers are not enough. Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is what affects people’s judgment. The first thing you notice when you enter the Persia restaurant are the white table clothes, white napkins and clean and shiny floors under a modern, simple setup and decoration. At the very first taste of the food you will notice the high quality of the meat, as well as other foods.
There is no secret to this, we simply use the best available in the market. Fortunately, through Mom & Pops International Market, we have access to the best distributors of the food industry.
“We know what the best is,” says Homayoun, the owner.
The cleanliness and quality of the food is the first consideration in Persia Restaurant.
We educate our staff about hygiene and cleaning. We work very close with servers to make sure they do their best in service. In grilled food it’s a little bit hard to serve the food very fast, but as I always say, We don’t serve fast food, we serve good fast food.
In Persia restaurant, you can always experience something special. Our chef’s special, which we now serve almost every day is lamb shank. People love the persian black tea with baklava, freshly ground and brewed Armenian coffee, which can be served as Turkish coffee upon request. The Persian ice cream is made with rose water and pistachios. And the wines are wonderful. The pure Australian Shiraz, special house merlot and the very hard to find Pomegrante wine and fine Ruby Porto (Alc. 20 percent by volume) are some of them.
We strongly persuade you to come and experience this yourself.
