Welcome to Rio Rio Churrascaria, the premiere location for Brazilian cuisine in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Churrascaria (Shoo-rah-ska-REE-uh) translates as house of barbecue and is a centuries-old traditional form of dining in the Brazilian plains of Rio Grand do Sul.

At Rio Rio, we carry on this tradition by offering a wide selection of meat and poultry, seasoned and individually slow-roasted over our open-pit rotisseries to lock in the distinct flavors and juices of each select cut.  Alongside our all-you-care-to-eat portions of delectable meats, which are carved right at your table, we serve up endless portions of a variety of authentic Brazilian salads, breads and side dishes.

In addition to our all you care to eat fare, we offer a full bar, boasting a spectacularly diverse wine and champagne list, as well as specialty cocktails, such as the traditional Caipirhina, made from fresh limes, Brazilian rum and a hint of sugar and soda.  We also serve-up a variety of unique blended tropical cocktails, and our cognacs and dessert wines are presented by professionals who can help match your meal or dessert to the most appropriately-suited beverage.

We welcome groups large and small, whether it’s for an intimate dining experience or celebrations such as a birthdays, anniversaries or bachelor/bachelorette parties.  We can accommodate all your particular needs, exceeding your expectations to make your experience at Rio Rio a memorable one.

The warmth of our Brazilian hospitality is evident immediately upon opening our large double doors and stepping into the foyer of our spacious, sprawling restaurant.  Our open floor plan, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and large windows create an airy atmosphere, accented by plush burgundy draperies, exotic foliage and warm colors, which play off the sunlight.

Our horseshoe lounge area is lined with intimate booths, walled in stained wood and lighted by individual lamplight, as well as by lighting from beautiful chandeliers, which hang from twenty-foot ceilings.

Whether you are looking for an atmosphere conducive to a large, lively gathering or an intimate dining experience for two, our verstile layout can accommodate your needs.
