Trinity Classical Academy (formerly Northpark Christian Academy) recently held its third annual Middle Ages Faire on Friday
Fourth grade moms, Barbara Coeler, Cathy MacAdam, Dina Chebul, and Kathleen Summer spearheaded the event.
Students from each grade and guests were greeted with a beautiful array of foods that simulated the dietary staples of the time period. Prepared by fourth grade moms Dina Chebul and Dana Hobelman, the table included an assortment of dates, figs, dried meat, cheeses and breads. Sonah Matsumoto, TCA’s Art Teacher, incorporated the Middle Ages into her art class. “It was wonderful to see the students working together and discussing their project and then to see their hard work displayed at the Faire,” Matsumoto said.
