With the goal of training, develop and empowering women and youth to be vital force in society, the Betty Ferguson Foundation recently hosted its annual Vine to Wine event amid the scenic backdrop of the Bridgeport clubhouse in Valencia.
The afternoon affair featured the work of the Artists’ Association. Artists sold 14 of the 40 colorful paintings displayed. The musical ambience was sponsored by John Pramik of John Pramik Entertainment, Inc., featuring Flamenco guitarist, Eric Harper.
As the highlight of the afternoon, Elizabeth Hopp was announced as the Woman of Honor 2007. The BFF’s annual Woman of Honor event will be held at the Hyatt Valencia on July 14.
Pam Ingram, who currently serves as the Chairman of the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce won the 50/50 Raffle of $2,500 of which she donated her half back to BFF. Tora Brown, representing Mentors for Youth House Raffle, sold $1,200 worth of tickets. The Betty Ferguson Foundation will receive 25 percent of this sale.
