Looking to get fit and sexy?  There’s a new exercise series designed exclusively for couples wanting to improve fitness, communication and intimacy and it’s called, “The ABC’s of Couple’s Fitness.”

“I created this new concept of exercise with busy couples in mind.   I admired my partner one afternoon as she performed her Pilates.  She glowed so beautifully.  That’s when my idea of couples exercising together was born,” says exercise video producer and creator, Charles Nathan.

Couples will obtain firm, toned, sexier bodies while they improve their relationship and sex life by working through these exercises together.  They are fun and imaginative and tastefully sensual.   They encourage people to become physically fit at their own pace and get in the mood to exercise regularly with their partner.

“Basic Moves,” offers twelve enticing exercises to shape and tone arms, shoulders, legs, stomach, hips and thighs.  The lover’s leg pump, love taps, kiss ups and tush lifter are just a few of the movements that will work the body. There is a cool down segment with candles, aromatherapy and body oils that include moves, such as the passion stretch, sexy cool down and the passion rub. Bonus workouts incorporate moves for the buns and thighs, chest and arms and abs.

“Advanced Motions,” has 14 exercises to shape and tone.  The lover’s straddle, kiss ups, tush push, superwoman and the tandem bicycle are just a few of the movements that will work the body.

Nathan, a former track and field athlete boasts that the program is for everyone, novices and fitness experts alike.

“It’s a sexy and beneficial way to strengthen physical health and a healthy relationship all at the same time,” says Nathan.

The videos define specific “ABC” concepts that increase communication, awareness and intimacy.  It uses firming and toning exercises, soft and low impact movements and stretching exercises.  For further information, visit www.razorfitness.com
