ImageCentre Pointe Business Park is the eighth existing master-planned business sector in Santa Clarita. It boasts many new companies and employs many Santa Clarita residents. This fairly new business park  is made up of approximately 242,000 square feet and is approximately 240 acres and is still growing. When completed, Centre Pointe is expected to contain more than 4.5 million square feet, 180 companies and 7,000 employees. Centre Pointe is conveniently located at Golden Valley and Soledad Canyon Roads – right in the heart of Canyon Country.  When finished, the cross-valley connector will provide easy access for people visiting Centre Pointe and those working there. Currently, the Golden Valley portion of the cross-valley connector road is open from Highway 14 past Sierra Highway and on to the new Golden Valley bridge connecting to Soledad Canyon Road. The cross-valley connector is believed to be completed by 2008.

“Centre Pointe provides a rare opportunity for businesses. The Marketplace retail hub and the surrounding industrial park is the center of Santa Clarita. The new cross valley connector makes it one of the most accessible business campuses in the Valley,” said Bert Abel, the senior vice president of Grubb & Ellis.

In addition to local businesses and large corporations many residents and new schools, including Golden Valley High School, have found a home in the Centre Point area. Also located here is the new Santa Clarita Sports Complex which offers an aquatic center, a skateboard park and an activities center. Centre Pointe is booming and attracting new businesses. With the support of Santa Clarita residents, Centre Pointe Business Park is sure to triumph. What an exciting addition to the SCV.
