ImageOn the evening of July 7th, The Institute for Professional Parenting (TIPP) hosted a Live Earth Concert for Santa Clarita residents that was held on 28416 Constellation Road. The concert participated in the satellite televised Woodstock of the 21st century. This event was open to the general public.

Al Gore asked TIPP Founder Dr. Faye Snyder, among thousands of others, to host the event.  The gathering was also supported by Vons, Wal-Mart, Albertsons and Costco. TIPP invited citizens who were interested to stand for a pro-active end to global warming or who were curious about the issue. TIPP connected to the international event via satellite and provided a social context for watching the bands as a community. Guests also heard a few words from Al Gore about the state of the earth and some local entertainment, as well.
TIPP’s goal is to help keep children and parents together and teach parents healthy parenting skills.
