On Thursday, September 27, Allure Wellness Medical Spa and LifeMind Hypnotherapy and Life-Coaching will host a non-profit event, the “Evening of Healing: Wellness & Relaxation Retreat.” Guests will be able to sample services like facials, eyebrow sculpting, hypnotherapy relaxation, meditation techniques, massage, reiki, acupuncture, energy healings, psychic readings and life-coaching consultations.
Throughout the evening 10-minute demonstrations will be offered informing guests how they can take better care of themselves and experience better wellness and even perform some of these services for themselves. Each mini-service will be provided for a donation. Typically, these services cost between $50 to $200, which makes this a great opportunity to sample from a variety of strategies and techniques from qualified professionals to discover which “flavor” works best for you. There will also be refreshments in a warm and healing ambiance.
Spa owner, Joanna Yancy and Certified Hypnotherapist and Life-Counselor, Scott Spackey began talking one afternoon about ways to get more exposure and visibility in the community and the Evening of Healing was the result, “I love a win-win scenario!” says Scott from LifeMind Hypnosis. “We quickly saw how we could offer something fun, educational and enlightening to the community and even find a way to give some money to a charitable cause, like the Child and Family Resource Center, we want people to know what is available to them in the work we do and what the Child and Family Resource Center does. Joanna and I both believe in making people feel better; she works with beauty from the outside in and I work with beauty from the inside out”

LifeMind Hypnotherapy and Life-Counseling offers treatment and strategies for self-control, stress, depression, confidence, relationships, professional success, sleep issues, addictive disorders and any thing else a motivated person has a desire to change.
