Country’s Leading Back Care Retailer Offers Over 300 Specialty Products
Santa Clarita is about to take a major step forward when it comes to relieving back, neck and sleep-related discomfort with the Grand Opening of a new Relax The Back specialty store, located in the Gateway Village shopping center at 28301 Newhall Ranch Rd on the corner of Rye Canyon and Newhall Ranch Road, across from LA Fitness and Smart and Final.
Franchise owner Aaron Resnik will join nearly 110 other franchised Relax The Back locations throughout North America as the company continues expanding as the nation’s leading back and neck care retailer. Like its successful counterparts around the country, the Santa Clarita Relax The Back store offers the widest range of innovative back, neck and sleep-related products available as well as highly personalized service designed to meet the individual needs of every client.
Their offerings include more than 300 unique products including ergonomic chairs, Tempur-pedic mattresses and pillows, back and neck supports, massage chairs, innovative AirPack backpacks for kids, exercise items, and even their famous Zero Gravity recliners, which put you in the same stress free position that the astronauts are in at take-off.
Stress, poor posture, old mattresses, long commutes, and poorly designed office chairs contribute heavily to the epidemic-like back ailments people face every day. Consider these alarming stats from the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research, United States Deptartment of Health and Human Services Government Guidelines (applying to the United States population only):
• 80 percent of Americans will suffer from a significant episode of back pain at some time in their lives.
• Among working-age people in the United States, 50 percent admit to back symptoms each year.
• Back pain is the most common cause for disability in persons under age 45.
• At any given time, one percent of the population is chronically disabled and another one percent is temporarily disabled due to back problems.
• Back and neck pain is the number one modern day epidemic that is non-life threatening.
This will be the third location for Aaron Resnik who has been in this business for 13 years. “We really pride ourselves on our exceptional service and knowledgeable staff,” remarks Resnik. “I often personally delivered ergonomic office chairs to my customers’ offices/home offices and set-up the 11-way adjustable chairs at their workspace and to their personal postural requirements.”
Relax The Back Store is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, please call 661-294-2225.
