A licensed acupuncturist in the State of California, Dr. Qian Chen has practiced for over 35 years in China; she was in a clinical practice to integrate Eastern and Western medicine. She served as attending physician and director of Jiang Xi Provincial Commerce Hospital. She was accepted in the United States in 1996 as the Director of the International Society of Embryo Containing the Information of the Whole Organism Biology. She has achieved worldwide recognition as a result of her outstanding contributions in the field of ECIWO Acupuncture. Dr. Chen is the first practioner in the world to manage dermatasclerosis and senile cataract with ECIWO acupuncture.
