The only place you really are is in this moment. When you live from your head, you miss out on living your life. Living from your “heart energy” means that you listen to everything with your heart with no judgments and no feelings of inferiority or superiority. It brings a connection to all that is a part of your life, a feeling of tranquility and acceptance that everything shows up in your life as information. You learn to use the information to create what you want and set your preferences instead of resisting and having things show up again and again. Imagine a quiet mind — imagine just “being” joy, happiness and peace. If you stay in this vibrational posture, you will attract everything that matches to it. For those of you who have watched “The Secret”, you have seen energy waves radiating out into the universe — only to attract back what is being given away.
