It is very common for employers to offer “free” Dental Plans that force you to choose a new dentist from a list. This is much less costly to your employer. You and your family are the only losers. But it takes time, care and attention to detail to provide it effectively.

We have found that 99 percent of all employers offer a choice of insurance plans. At least one of these will allow you to retain your private dentist. Be aware that if you have a selection period you may have to make your choice during that window of opportunity. It may be wise to speak with your Human Resource Department now before the decision is made for you.
